Monsoon begins her exploration of her ideas by drawing and has always used digital platforms to realise her ideas which develop into 3D structures or sculptures. Below are digitised drawings from Monsoon's 2010 sketchbook including recent anatomical studies as well as experimental digital work.

Monsoon is heavily inspired by the surrealist movement as well as the microscopic world, resulting in a unique style and point of view. Current illustration projects are revamping a series of works around Edgar Allan Poe's short stories and pages from sketchbooks 2010 - 2020.
